The labels suited for vegans & vegetarians are so nice, eye-catching, colourful. We can see them on a label from a distance and get attracted in some way so that we buy the item.
One needs to spend extra time to read labels thoroughly. Unfortunately the contents of food products are not always on their website.
Many vegan products can be so expensive. Certainly a good drive to learn to cook at home.
So grateful in the past to be able to work and learn from the ingredient proportions of cooking recipes. So often learned cooking tips and tricks from people around like friends and colleagues.
We learn, experiment, continue to cook with new variations.
